Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is dispatched, which is within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays). They are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend and no code needed. Express shipping is available at checkout for $9.50 USD.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please email us at tryhollowknit@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
