Size exchanges

If your sweatshirt doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with nothing removed.

How it works:
1. Email tryhollowknit@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back. Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Once it arrives and we've checked its condition, we'll ship your new size to you free of charge.

Exchange requests made more than 14 days after delivery can't be accepted.

If the size you need is out of stock, we'll let you know and offer the same size in another colour instead.

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. It lists chest circumference and body length for every size from S to XXXL. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Change of mind

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are for a different size only.

If something is wrong with your order

The above does not affect your rights when an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from how it was described on our website.

If that happens, email us at tryhollowknit@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue

We will review it and put it right — by replacement or refund, depending on the fault. You will not be charged to return a faulty item.

Wrong item received

If we send you the wrong product, size or colour, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will cover the cost of getting the correct item to you.

Cancelling an order

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Because we dispatch within 24 hours, please email tryhollowknit@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
